導師簡介
Ms Elaine Cheng
Has been practicing yoga for 10 years and teaching for nearly 7 years. She got her first basic yoga instructor certification in 2013 recognised by the Yoga Association of Hong Kong, and started teaching since 2014. She further got her advanced yoga instructor certification with the same local Association in 2016.
Elaine, as described by herself, was a very stiff and inflexible person. She suffered from shoulder and back pain working in an office. Through practicing yoga, she experienced the magical transformation of her body and mind. She gained so much mobility and developed a calming mind through yoga practices. Knowing the benefits of yoga, she wanted to spread this joy and love to her students. Seeing personal transformation in herself is as excited as seeing the same in her students. She believes that through studying of anatomy, yoga practice can be deepened.
Ever since 2014, she has been a full time yoga teacher. To gain international recognition, she decided to get her yoga alliance 200hr YTT certification and aerial yoga certification both in 2017. For the past 7 years, she has taught more than 8000 hours.
